font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: 23px; white-space: normal;"/> 在现代社会中，人们越来越依赖火，也越来越被火所危害，所以建筑材料，包括综合布线系统的防火安全性就成为人们关注的内容。 <br style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: 23px; white-space: normal;"/> 外界的火会破坏综合布线系统，引起传输中断;同时，综合布线系统在火焰中，或多或少的会产生有害气体、烟气，还可能有助于火势逐步蔓延到其它楼层或其它房间。<br style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: 23px; white-space: normal;"/> 根据消防部门的统计，在火灾中，约有85%的死亡是由于火灾中产生的有害气体毒死、被弥漫的烟气窒息或因看不见路径而无法逃生。而建筑物内，综合布线缆线数量之多、遍布之广超过了建筑物中的各种缆线，因此综合布线系统的防火已经开始成为人们对系统性能的重点考虑因素之一。 <br style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: 23px; white-space: normal;"/> 在中国，目前主要用到的阻燃型缆线有： <br style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: 23px; white-space: normal;"/> ⊙ CM级缆线 <br style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: 23px; white-space: normal;"/> CM级缆线是目前最常用的双绞线阻燃等级，它的测试标准为UL 1581。在中国，常规的双绞线几乎都可以满足CM级阻燃测试。<br style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: 23px; white-space: normal;"/> 因此CM级双绞线的防火特点如下： <br style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: 23px; white-space: normal;"/> ◆ 不会自燃;<br style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: 23px; white-space: normal;"/> ◆ 在火焰中会冒烟，并可能出现火苗;<br style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: 23px; white-space: normal;"/> ◆ 火焰顺缆线蔓延的速度很慢;<br style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: 23px; white-space: normal;"/> ◆ 当外部火源切断后，缆线上的火苗会逐渐熄灭。<br style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: 23px; white-space: normal;"/> <br style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: 23px; white-space: normal;"/> CM级缆线只要符合阻燃等级要求即可，它不考虑烟密度和毒性(在UL 1581中没有提及烟密度和毒性)。<br style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: 23px; white-space: normal;"/> CM级缆线大多是水平双绞线，在配线子系统中使用。<br style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: 23px; white-space: normal;"/> CM级缆线的护套层多为PVC材料，绝缘层则为高密度PE材料。它的优点是价格便宜，而缺点是燃点低，常规的工作温度为70℃以下，当温度达到160℃或更高时，PVC材料会散发出有毒的卤素和烟雾。如果不幸烧着了它，还会释放出大量的热量。<br style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: 23px; white-space: normal;"/> 根据综合布线施工规范，双绞线应该穿金属管、金属桥架后敷设在楼板、天花和墙内。这时，采用普通双绞线就可以安装在不需要考虑烟和毒性的任何场合。<br style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: 23px; white-space: normal;"/> </p><div class="clear"></div> <div class="blank30"></div> <div class="blank30"></div> <!-- 投票 --> <script src="/index.php?case=vote&act=view&aid=54"></script> <div class="view_n"> 浏览： <script src="/index.php?case=archive&act=view_js&aid=54"></script></div> <div class="blank30"></div> <!-- 上下页开始 --> <div id="page"> <strong>上一篇：</strong><a href="/index.php?case=archive&act=show&aid=49">电缆接头发热的原因及处理方法</a> <div class="blank10"></div> <strong>下一篇：</strong><a href="/index.php?case=archive&act=show&aid=55">聚氯乙烯绝缘电力电缆</a> </div> <!-- 上下页结束 --> <!-- 相关文章开始 --> <!-- 相关文章结束 --> <div class="blank30"></div> <a title="返回顶部" href="#" class="clear floatright"><img alt="返回顶部" src="/images/gotop.gif"></a> <div class="blank30"></div> </div> <div class="clear"></div> </div> <!-- 右侧结束 --> <div class="c_bottom"></div> <div class="clear"></div> </div> <!-- 中部结束 --> </div> <!--footer--> <div class="footer" style="visibility: visible;"> <div class="foot"> <div class="foot_box "> <dl> <dt><a href="/index.php?case=archive&act=list&catid=1" title="关于宏林">关于宏林</a></dt> <dd></dd> </dl> <dl> <dt><a href="/index.php?case=archive&act=list&catid=2" title="企业新闻">企业新闻</a></dt> <dd></dd> </dl> <dl> <dt><a href="/index.php?case=archive&act=list&catid=20" title="企业相册">企业相册</a></dt> <dd></dd> </dl> <dl> <dt class=bottom_contact><a href=>联系我们</a></dt> <p class=bottom_tel>0550-7516689</p> <p class=bottom_email>ahhl@ahhonglin.com</p> <p class=bottom_address>安徽省天长市铜城经济工业园区163号</p> </dl> <div class="foot_qr_codes"> <dl> <span>扫码访问手机版</span> <div class="foot_qr_codes"> <img width="130" src="/index.php?case=tool&act=qrcode" /> <div class="clear"></div> </div> </dl> </div> </div> </div> </div> <div class="copyright"> <div class="copyright_center"> Copyright ©：<a title="安徽宏林仪表线缆有限公司_耐高温特种电缆_耐火电缆_计算机信号电缆_抗拉耐磨组合电缆_低烟无卤电力电缆_控制电缆" href="/">安徽宏林仪表线缆有限公司</a> <a href="http://beian.miit.gov.cn/"target="_blank">皖ICP备16006500号-1</a> <a target="_blank" href="http://www.beian.gov.cn/portal/registerSystemInfo?recordcode=34118102000427" style="display:inline-block;text-decoration:none;height:20px;line-height:20px;"><img src="/images/gaba.png" style="float:left;"/><p style="float:left;height:20px;line-height:20px;margin: 3px 0px 0px 5px;
